The Bush-Schwartz Team at KW Cary was awarded 16th top 2 person team in the Carolina’s at the Keller Williams Family Reunion on 2/8/15. Ron and I are honored to receive this award.

While 2015 has brought some changes and we have started this year working on our own, I am forever grateful for our professional relationship all these years and so proud of the work we have done together.  We have always wanted you the customer to have our undivided attention and to work with you every step of the way to close the deal.

Raleigh is No. 33 and Durham is No. 39 on a list of the 50 most creative cities in the U.S. created by  Movoto.

Raleigh ranks No. 7 among large cities and metros with the best job markets for 2015.

Triangle area employers added 2,300 jobs from November to December. The increase was split between Raleigh and Durham.

Excellent news for business in the Raleigh area.  Raleigh is projected to grow by 50 percent between 2010 and 2030 according to a recent report by the Urban Institute.
